JUNIORS

The Club organizes fun kids sailing courses for children from 8 years onward, teens included, and who can swim at least 50m.

The training dinghy is the world famous Optimist, sailed by thousands of young sailing enthusiasts all over the world.  The Optimist is fit for children up to 15 years and/or 45 kilos.

All sailors must be able to swim at least 50m unaided and wear a buoyancy aid on the water (the club can lend these). Parents / guardians supervise the children in their care during the sailing course and remain responsible for them at all times.
